After rave reviews we will again enjoy a wonderful trip to Michigan’s own Little Bavaria! The charming German inspired town of Frankenmuth, MI is a summer trip you won’t want to miss. After an early morning departure, we will arrive in time for an included World-Famous Chicken Lunch at Zehnder’s Restaurant. There will be plenty of time to shop in their massive gift shop before our 1-hour guided tour of this adorable town! After the tour we will make our early evening check-in at the Drury Inn & Suites. Enjoy their evening “kickback” which includes hot food and complimentary drinks (enough for dinner if you chose) then the evening is free to enjoy as you wish. A great buffet breakfast is included at the hotel before heading to the Frankenmuth Clock & German Gift Co. It is the largest full-service clock store in the American Midwest and provide authentic German clocks and other genuine, high-quality souvenirs, offering a taste of Bavaria to German enthusiasts across the globe. Next up, we stop at Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland!! It is the World's Largest Christmas Store (approx. the size of 2 football fields) with beautifully landscaped grounds covering 27 acres. After we shop until our heart’s content, we will have an included lunch at the Bavarian Inn & Restaurant with a pretzel rolling demo! Rounding out the evening we will head to St. Julian Winery for a tasting. The evening is free for you to enjoy and take advantage of the “kickback” at our hotel. Our last day will include breakfast at the hotel before we depart for a 1-hour boat cruise on the Bavarian Belle! This authentic paddle boat will be narrated and touch on the history of Frankenmuth, MI. We will have time for lunch and shopping afterwards with a quick fast-food dinner stop on our way home.
